The design direction

A personal service.
A website with personality.

For EventsNation, the website needs to communicate both the feeling of a celebration and the practical support behind it. The build brings wedding photography, clearly explained packages and useful enquiry forms into a consistent visual identity.

A visual language
drawn from the brand.

Playfair Display gives headings their distinctive serif style, while Poppins keeps descriptions and navigation clear. EventsNation’s lilac anchors the buttons, service sections and headings, alongside white space and light grey backgrounds.

The homepage’s photographic slideshow introduces the work immediately. Alternating image and text sections then connect that first impression to the services on offer.

The service structure

Helping couples find
their level of support.

The wedding page separates three levels of service. Each has its own description, included tasks and contact prompt, so visitors can understand the difference before starting a conversation.

  1. 01

    Full planning & design

Groups venue sourcing, suppliers, styling, budget management and coordination into a clear overview of the complete service.

  2. 02

    Partial wedding planning

Explains how the team can support existing plans, including final logistics, supplier communication and coordination.

  3. 03

    On-the-day coordination

Sets out the handover and management of the day, giving couples a distinct option when the wider planning is already in place.

Portfolio, feedback & reassurance

Show the work.
Let visitors look closer.

Masonry gallery & lightbox

The portfolio arranges different image proportions in a masonry layout. Photographs open in a lightbox, allowing visitors to view larger images and move through the collection without leaving the page.

Testimonials & expandable answers

Testimonial carousels bring client feedback into the homepage and wedding page. A dedicated Kind Words page and expandable FAQs add further context before visitors make an enquiry.

The enquiry experience

A useful brief.
Before the first consultation.

The main contact form was structured around the information an event planner needs. It collects the practical details of the occasion alongside the visitor’s contact information and ideas.

The occasion

Event type, date, location, duration and guest count establish the shape of the enquiry. Dropdowns distinguish weddings, corporate events and other celebrations.

The conversation

Name, email, phone and a longer message field give the team a way to respond and understand the plans in the visitor’s own words.

More ways to connect

Shorter forms appear on service and portfolio pages. Email, phone and WhatsApp links provide additional contact routes.

The development

Built to manage.
Ready for everyday use.

Custom Events Nation WordPress theme
The theme connects the header, navigation, footer and shared styling, giving the service and content pages a consistent foundation.
Kadence page layouts and functionality
Content layouts, galleries, testimonials, forms and accordion sections use Kadence blocks within the WordPress editor.
Responsive navigation and page layouts
The desktop navigation changes to a compact menu on smaller screens. A sticky header keeps navigation available during longer visits, while images and content sections reflow for mobile.
Editable business content
The team can maintain service descriptions, photographs, client feedback and FAQ content through WordPress as the business develops.
